Taking business through successful IPO

In his role as CEO and Director at Vix Technology, Steve Gallagher established a new business Joint Venture in 2010 with a Chinese partner BETIT, which they then listed together with support from Guotai Junan Securities (HK) in 2012 as CCRTT on HKEX. It continues to trade successfully with stock code 1522 and has reached a market cap over 2.1B HKD.

In his role as Vix CEO and Director, Agere Director Steve Gallagher lead several successful acquisitions of small technology companies, including ACIS Ltd (a leading UK ITS business) and Osmotion Pty Ltd (a leading Australian software services provider to the energy and resources sector).
Agile Leadership Development

Through his membership of The Executive Connection (TEC) and its US affiliate Vistage, Agere director Steve Gallagher works closely with Mike Richardson a leading US based leading agility facilitator, Vistage mentor and coach to develop high performance and agile leadership teams and culture. Steve and Mike successfully introduced the Agile Leadership program in Vix Technology from 2013 to 2015.
